Payment / Shipping
We deliver worldwide.
The shipping costs are calculated after entering the delivery country in the shopping cart and apply to worldwide shipping. Packaging is not charged separately.
We generally ship with Incoterm FCA (Haidenbucher Str. 1, 86916 Kaufering - Incoterms ® 2020).
The following applies to Switzerland: If payment is made in Swiss francs and the delivery country is Switzerland, shipping is free of charge and duty paid without any further costs. We also cover the entry preparation fee. We ship with Incoterm DDP (agreed place of delivery - Incoterms ® 2020).
We are registered in accordance with the Swiss VAT Act and MWSTV and are therefore entitled to show VAT on invoices to Switzerland: CHE-444.209.599 VAT
Outside the EU: Customs and export costs are taken into account wherever possible. In individual cases, customs costs will be recalculated. The goods will only be dispatched after these costs have been paid. Export certificates are created by us. Certificates of origin can be provided by us after consultation. Please call us before placing your order.
For personal collections by customers based outside of Germany, we reserve the right to charge and withhold the German sales tax of 19% until the person collecting the goods can provide proof of import into the country of destination.
