Corrosion and heat-resistant ring nozzle Super Air Wipe made of stainless steel available in sizes between 1/2" and 4" or 13 mm and 102 mm. Even 360 ° air flow for blowing, drying, cleaning and cooling, without electricity or moving parts. The blowing force and air flow can be adjusted.

The Super Air Wipe is ideal for the economical blowing off of pipes, cables, hoses and extruded forms with low air consumption and a low noise level. The ring nozzle is divisible and therefore very easy to assemble. The Super Air Wipe is equipped with a .002 “(0.05 mm) thick spacer film (SHIM SET). Stainless steel versions can be used up to 427°C (800°F).

All versions have stainless steel screws and spacer foils. Up to a size of 4’ (102 mm), a stainless steel hose distributes the air evenly over the entire ring. Variants from 5’ (127 mm) have a direct compressed air connection on both halves to ensure a uniform air flow for large diameters.

How does the Super Air Wipe work? (see functional diagram above)
Compressed air flows through a feed (1) of the Air Wipe into an annular chamber (2). It is then pressed through a small ring nozzle (3) at high speed. This main flow follows the Coanda profile (4) and is directed onto the angled surface of the Air Wipe. A negative pressure area is created in the centre (5), whereby large quantities of ambient air are fed into the main flow. As it flows out of the Air Wipe, the air flow creates a conical 360° ring of air that adheres to the surface of the material passing through (6). In this way, the entire surface is ‘wiped’ with the high-speed air flow.
