The Deep Hole Vac-u-Gun is a suction-blow gun for cavities and drill holes. It is specially designed to remove chips and debris from grooves, slots and drill holes. The Deep Hole Vac-u-Gun replaces dangerous blow-out devices that can cause chips or debris to fly in all directions. Simply position the Deep Hole Vac-u-Gun over the opening and squeeze the trigger. A small blowpipe loosens and lifts the chips while they are sucked up by the large suction tube. The operator is protected from flying debris because all debris is trapped in the clear suction tube. The suction-blow gun is perfect for cleaning openings up to 32 mm in diameter and 457 mm deep.
The special feature of the Deep Hole Vac-u-Gun is its low compressed air consumption. The high output flow corresponds to 12 times the air input. Lightweight and easy to use, the Deep Hole Vac-u-Gun has a durable die-cast construction with no moving parts to wear out. A hanger is attached for convenient storage on a tool trolley or mounting on a machine.

How the Deep Hole Vac-u-Gun Works
Compressed air, typically at 5.5-6.9 bar (80-100 PSlG), flows through the inlet (1) into an annular mixing chamber (2) when the trigger is pulled. A small amount of air is injected into the blowpipe (3) to dislodge chips or foreign objects. Most of the airflow is injected into the neck of the gun through directional nozzles (4). These air currents create a vacuum at the suction port (5), which sucks in the material and accelerates it through the device. The chips, debris or other solids can then be dispensed into a filter bag or hose connected to the Deep Hole Vac-u-Gun system. The Deep Hole Vac-u-Gun should not be used without a filter or suction hose on the exhaust side. The suction accessory cannot be used with this model.The Deep Hole Vac-u-Gun is offered in 3 versions:
- as a complete system (BP6394) with 1 Vac-u-Gun, reusable filter and a 3 m (10") compressed air hose
- as a Vac-u-Gun (BP6194) with reusable filter 6584 (for materials approx. >50µ)+ hose clamp 6608
- as a Vac-u-Gun only (BP6094) without fittings and accessories.
