KSI Filtertechnik vacuum pump protection filter for particle filtration up to 1 micron. Thread filter up to 200 m3/h (performance at atmospheric pressure). Particle filtration up to 0.01 microns (SMA) or 1 micron (MFO). Maximum working pressure: APF25 - APF170: - 917 mbar vacuum. Aluminum housing with KTL protective layer inside and outside. Colour version: blue powder coating RAL 5010
