Pipe test plugs have a bypass system to check the tightness of pipelines. We offer pipe test Plugs in various sizes, made of robust SBR + NR mixed rubber, nylon and Kevlar threads as well as strength fabric.
The temperature range is between -30° C and +70° C. Tested at 1.3 times the working pressure. Different models for application areas / pipe diameters from 35 - 2200 mm available from us. Their biggest advantage is that they reach the high friction force rate in the working pressure grasping the pipe diameter at very low pressures.
